Pintxo Pincho — tapas in Woburn, with its own email machine.
A full stack site for a tapas bar in Woburn, MA: an editable menu and drinks list, an admin panel with its own analytics, and email automations that turn every guest into a repeat visit.

A neighborhood tapas bar doesn't live on the first visit — it lives on the second. Pintxo had people walking in and reviews on Yelp, but no way to talk to those people again: guests would come in, eat, and disappear.
A custom backend with an admin panel: menu, drinks, promotions and messages in one place, first-party analytics to see what's actually happening on the site, and an email engine wired to the guest database that sends the emails on its own.
Everything the guest sees, controlled from the inside.
Editable menu and drinks
Dishes, prices, categories and the wine list are edited from the panel and go live instantly, no code required.
Offers and the daily highlight
The Weekly Specials — $5 tapas Monday through Wednesday — get created, turned on and turned off from the panel, and the site just shows them.
Contact and sign-ups
The contact form and guest sign-up wire straight into the backend: every message and every new email lands in the database.
The restaurant runs itself, without calling us.
A panel built for this specific business, not a generic template: whatever the team needs to change week to week is one click away.
Its own analytics
The site emits first-party events to the backend: visits, menu views, clicks to book and to order. The owner sees their own funnel without relying on an external dashboard.
Menu and drinks management
One place for the food and drinks menu, with availability and prices the team changes in seconds.
Promotions
Creating an offer, turning it on and off, is one click. The promo appears and disappears from the site with no deploy involved.
Guest database
Site subscribers, contact-form leads and imported guests, all in one database ready to segment.
From a Yelp guest list to an email that brings people back.
The full flow, with no third-party tools and no manual work from the team.
Upload the guest list
Export the guest list from Yelp and upload it to the panel as a CSV. No copying and pasting emails by hand.
It gets cleaned and segmented
The system dedupes against the existing database, validates the emails and builds the segments: new, repeat and dormant.
The automations fire on their own
A thank-you email after the visit, a Weekly Specials promo before Monday, and a win-back for anyone who hasn't been back in a while.
It gets delivered and measured
Resend handles delivery, and the panel shows what was sent, what was opened and what was clicked, to tune the next campaign.
Built to spec, end to end.
